Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
In a medium pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and set aside.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the bacon drippings and cook for about 5 minutes or until they start to brown up.
Stir in balsamic vinegar, capers, ground pepper and olive oil and place in oven for 20-30 minutes, tossing every 8-10 minutes, until caramelized and sprout centers yield nicely to fork.
Remove from oven and mix in crumbled bacon, nuts, dried cranberries, raisins and feta (or goat) cheese, salting to taste.
Drizzle lightly with hot honey (sriracha mixed with honey). Serve.
